Travel Agent Terms and Conditions

  • FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS

1. Booking and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  • Deposits must be received by the stated due date to guarantee your spot.
  • Failure to pay the deposit by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

2. Payments

  • Final payment is due on or before the specified date listed for each trip.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or result in cancellation without refund.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved options.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or contact form).
  • Refunds (if applicable) depend on the supplier’s policies and the timing of your cancellation.
  • All deposits are non-refundable. Some portions of your trip may also be non-refundable once confirmed.
  • No refunds will be given for unused portions of a trip or for no-shows.

4. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
  • The traveler is responsible for verifying what is and isn’t covered under their policy.

5. Travel Documents

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination records, etc.) are valid and up to date.
  • The travel agent is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are subject to change without notice until deposits are received and confirmed by suppliers.
  • Prices are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted.
  • Any changes in taxes, fees, or exchange rates may affect the final balance.

7. Itinerary Changes

  • While every effort is made to maintain the published itinerary, suppliers may occasionally make changes due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
  • The travel agent will communicate any major changes as soon as possible.

8. Responsibility

  • The travel agency acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators).
  • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense caused by third-party suppliers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Health and Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for assessing their own fitness for travel.
  • Any medical conditions or special needs should be disclosed at the time of booking.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Group Tour Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the group tour.
  • Deposits must be received by the stated due date to confirm participation.
  • Failure to pay the deposit by the deadline may result in loss of reservation and forfeiture of space within the group.

2. Payments

  • Final payment is due on or before the final balance due date listed for each tour.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved forms of payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All cancellations must be made in writing (via email or contact form).
  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Cancellation penalties vary depending on the supplier and the timing of your cancellation.
  • Once a tour is fully paid, refunds (if applicable) will be determined by the supplier’s policies.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused portions of a trip, or early departures.

4. Group Requirements

  • Group rates and arrangements are based on a minimum number of participants.
  • Should the minimum number not be met, the agency reserves the right to adjust pricing, reschedule, or cancel the tour.
  • Travelers will be notified promptly of any such changes.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
  • The traveler is responsible for verifying coverage and understanding their policy benefits.

6. Travel Documents

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess all required documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates.
  • The agency is not liable for denied boarding, entry, or missed travel due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Itinerary and Tour Modifications

  • Itineraries are subject to change based on supplier availability, weather, or local conditions.
  • Any necessary modifications will be communicated as soon as possible.
  • Substitutions of comparable services may be made to ensure the best experience for the group.

8. Responsibilities and Liability

  • The travel agency acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators).
  • We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Each participant agrees to release the agency from liability for any claims arising from participation in the tour.

9. Health, Safety, and Conduct

  • Travelers should be in suitable health to participate in group activities.
  • Any medical conditions, dietary needs, or mobility concerns must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • The agency reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the group or endangers the safety or enjoyment of others.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By paying a deposit or full payment for a group tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

COVID-19 and Travel Advisory

  • Travelers acknowledge that travel involves potential exposure to infectious diseases, including COVID-19.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and comply with all government travel advisories, entry requirements, and health regulations for each destination.
  • The agency is not responsible for additional expenses, delays, or cancellations resulting from changes in health protocols, border restrictions, or testing requirements.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes pandemic-related coverage.
